Just A Few More Hours

   Well it's Sunday And the day when I open the ceramic kiln after last nights glaze firing, just a few more hours and I'll see if any of the bowls, pots or cups are good enough to list in my etsy shop, fingers crossed there will be a few pieces that have turned out ok.
   This morning I'm making beads so this will help the time pass until I can get the kiln open and to be honest after spending yesterday glazing it's nice to get back to my torch.
   The summer weather is once again with us with rain falling as normal, I guess we shouldn't moan after seeing the problems others are having with flood waters, we may live in the fens but touch wood we have never suffered from floods in this area.
   So, all in all I'm looking at a very mixed day with bead making at my flame, then unpacking the ceramic kiln, followed by photographing and listing both focal beads, ceramic beads and pots, by the looks of the weather I won't need to find any hours to work in the garden, just think, they used to call Sunday a day of rest haha !
