A Real Summer Weekend

How Can You Not Enjoy A Weekend Like This

   It's weekends like this that make all the waiting worth while, it seems like forever since we had this kind of weather, all those cold winter months now well in the past and I hope the rains and winds of April now gone, we can start enjoying the summer. It has been a very warm week here in the fens with the fen breezes helping to mask the heat, some would say a good thing, others would say beware as you can get caught out getting burnt by the sun without realising it, because we sit in the middle of the flat lands we get longer hours of sun, our sunset is a lot later that that of Hertfordshire where my family live, they are always amazed when talking on the phone in the evenings knowing the sun is still out and warm here while at the same time setting there, no hills to set behind here just those wide open skies.
   A busy day ahead for me, I have beads to clean, photo and list, also ceramic beads to make, which I hope can be done sitting out in the garden. I have some jobs to do in the garden also which I always look forward to so all in all one happy bead maker here.
   Tomorrow I look forward to finally getting the Coeliac blood test done at the local doctors, I hope by the end of the week to know if that's the answer to the problem and if I face a future without real fresh crusty bread and other food treats that we all enjoy, it will mean I get to bake my own bread and other gluten free meals, it's  a good job I enjoy cooking.
